Howard M. Levkowitz , Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Levkowitz is Chairman and CEO of BlackRock TCP Capital Corp and a member of BlackRock’s Global Credit Platform. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Levkowitz co-founded Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP), where he was a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Management Committee. Prior to co-founding TCP, Mr. Levkowitz was an attorney with Dewey Ballantine LLP, specializing in real estate and insolvencies. He has served as a Director of both public and private companies and has also served on several formal and informal credit committees.

Mr. Levkowitz is actively involved in a number of philanthropic activities, particularly in educational initiatives, and serves as an executive board member for two private schools.

Rajneesh Vig , President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Vig serves as BlackRock TCP Capital Corp’s President and Chief Operating Officer and is a member of Blackrock's Global Credit Platform.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Vig was a Managing Partner at Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP), where he was also Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Management Committee. Prior to TCP, Mr. Vig held roles within Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets and the Structured Solutions Group at Deutsche Bank Securities from 1999 through 2006.

He currently chairs Blackrock Private Credit's Investment Committee and is a member of the Credit Oversight Committee. He also serves on the Los Angeles Board of the Posse Foundation.

Paul L. Davis , Chief Financial Officer

Mr Davis serves as Chief Financial Officer of BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. and is a member of the Global Accounting and Product Services Team within BlackRock's Business Operations Group, supporting BlackRock's Global Credit Platform.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Davis served ten years as Chief Financial Officer of Tennenbaum Capital Partners and its funds, after serving four years at Tennenbaum as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President, Finance. Previously, he was Controller of a publicly traded securities brokerage based in Los Angeles. He began his career as an auditor in Arthur Andersen's financial services practice.

Elizabeth Greenwood , General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary

Elizabeth Greenwood serves as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. and is a member of BlackRock's Legal and Compliance team.

Ms. Greenwood joined BlackRock in August 2018 following the acquisition of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC ("TCP"). At TCP, Ms. Greenwood served as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining TCP in 2007, she was General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Strome Investment Management. Prior to Strome, she served as counsel to venture capital companies sponsored by Pacific Capital Group and Ridgestone Corp., including Global Crossing and World POG Federation. Ms. Greenwood began her career as an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.

Ms. Greenwood serves on the Board of Governors for the Small Business Investor Alliance, a BDC industry trade group.

Charles C.S. Park, Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Park is the Chief Compliance Officer to BlackRock’s U.S. Registered Funds (Mutual Funds, Closed-End Funds, and iShares Exchange-Traded Funds) and its US-based registered investment advisers. Mr. Park became a Managing Director of BlackRock following the merger of Barclays Global Investors (“BGI”) with BlackRock in 2009 (the “Merger”). Prior to the Merger, from 2006, he served as Chief Compliance Officer to BGI’s Mutual Funds and iShares Exchange-Traded Funds and their registered investment adviser, Barclays Global Fund Advisors. Prior to joining BGI, Mr. Park was employed by American Century Investments where he served as Chief Compliance Officer from 2004 to 2006 and as Counsel from 1995 to 2004.

Erik L. Cuellar , Controller

Erik L. Cuellar serves as Controller for BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. and is a member of Blackrock's Global Credit Platform.

Mr. Cuellar joined BlackRock in 2018 as following the acquisition of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining TCP in 2011, Mr. Cuellar served as Controller for Ares Capital Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Cuellar was with Metropolitan West Asset Management where he served as the Assistant Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer for the Metropolitan West Funds. Prior to that, Mr. Cuellar managed the Alternative Investments Group at Western Asset Management Company. Mr. Cuellar began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he was a Senior Auditor in their Financial Services Group.

Philip Tseng, Managing Director

Prior to joining TCP, Mr. Tseng was a member of the Credit Suisse First Boston technology investment banking group focusing on technology and business services. While at CSFB, he advised on and executed M&A, public and private equity and structured debt transactions for a broad range of small and large cap companies. He also spent time covering technology services companies as an equity research analyst. Prior to that, he spent time in investment banking at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown, where he managed equity and debt offerings for telecommunications companies, both emerging and incumbent carriers. Mr. Tseng currently serves as a Director on the boards of First Advantage, Shopzilla Inc., Anacomp, Inc., and also as a Director on the board of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Southern California section.
